Guney Otel

The way they handled the price felt untrustworthy. I called for information and a very polite man gave me a price, but when I rang back three days later to book, someone quite rude answered and quoted a higher amount. They didn't believe me when I explained what I'd been told before. That attitude says a lot about the hotel.

We found this place while searching online for somewhere in the area. Given the heat, having air conditioning was perfect, and the room was spotless and welcoming.

I was humiliated during my first visit. The staff were rude and disrespectful, and they called us to complain at the police station, saying that we were disrespectful. I don't think this place offers the security and peace a family needs.

I called to ask where the hotel was, and the person who picked up snapped, “Don't you know who you're calling?” When I asked who I was talking to, they replied, “Does it matter who I am since you're asking if there's availability?” I asked about Saturday and was told, “I can't give you an answer before Saturday.” After that call, I can only wonder what the service would be like if we stayed there.
