Hotel Kurban

Booking online was easy, and we paid at the front desk when we arrived. The staff handled everything smoothly and professionally. We found the hotel relaxed and comfortable, with a safe, welcoming setting for families and children. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. I’d recommend it to families traveling with kids.

I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The location was just right, the room was spotless and cozy, and the staff were always kind and helpful. Highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, right by the highway and downtown. The staff were friendly and nice, though I guess they were lazy about leaving garbage bags and dirty dishes in the elevator. At first the place looked great and smelled new and clean, but our room was a disaster. It looked nice, yet nothing worked. You could hear everything even two floors away, including housekeeping yelling in the corridor. There was a gap in the door you could see through, and we could talk to the neighbor while in the shower. Behind the bed was very dirty, the blanket felt like some kind of towel, bugs were crawling, and everything was crooked.

The price was reasonable, and I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great, and the staff were amazingly friendly, even though they couldn’t speak English.
