The location is right in historical Istanbul, with great views, including from the lobby. The street can be noisy, but the windows kept it from bothering us. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and made sorting out our reservation easy. I'd stay at Hotel Igman again. It's excellent value. The property has been renovated with a lovely natural, modern look, and the rooms and floors were exceptionally clean. The rooms are simple but cozy, the bathroom spotless, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water in the tropical shower. We got fresh towels every day. I also liked the adjustable lighting zones and the automatic "Do Not Disturb" / "Please Clean Room" signals. Breakfast was simple, tasty, and good quality.

Everything felt brand new since this hotel had just opened this month, and I loved that. The staff were very friendly too. It's a 15-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar, with a masjid opposite where you can pray. There's also a supermarket right beside it and a pharmacy.

A fresh, lovely hotel in the middle of Laleli's shopping district, right beside the metro. The rooms are new and clean, and the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. I'd make it my favorite if I visit again. ✋🏻
