The location is really convenient for exploring the city, and the rooms are clean and well kept, with daily cleaning. The receptionist was a highlight, friendly and professional, and made things much smoother. Breakfast was fine, though nothing special, and the staff serving it were welcoming and nice. The refrigerator didn’t work properly, which was inconvenient. The hotel is comfortable and clean in a prime spot, but some facilities could use improvement.

We left two days early and got no refund because the stay was unbearable. The room was in terrible shape and poorly maintained, and the reception staff were extremely [as described in the original]. Being close to the tram stop was the only good thing. Very bad experience, definitely not recommended.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s easy to reach public transport, restaurants, and shops from this well-located hotel. A good convenient option for a stay in Istanbul.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, with friendly, quick service and clean, comfortable rooms. It’s in an excellent location in Istanbul, close to everything. Highly recommended.

The breakfast room was crowded and had limited options, and the entrance felt like a side door to a nightclub. The room was dirty, with stains on the bed, towels, and carpet. The so-called Double King bed was just two separate beds pushed together, and the nearby highway made it very noisy at night. I wouldn’t stay here again.
