There were a lot of problems with the rooms, so we stayed just one night out of the four. They didn't honor the early checkout refund policy.

Osman at reception was so attentive and helpful, and her eyes are nice. The rooms are really nice, everything is set up just right, and the air conditioners work perfectly. The location is perfect too. Breakfast is wonderful, with unlimited tea for free. I really recommend it.

The location is very good, right in the city center, and you can walk to all the tourist attractions. The hotel itself isn't the best, though. The rooms are old and small, but have what you need for a tourist stay. We had a problem with the toilet, so they moved us to another room.

I'd really recommend this hotel. It's clean, very good, and near everything. The service is lovely and the staff are very polite.

The best thing is the location, right next to the main tram line. The rooms are very small for a 3 star hotel, and it wasn't very clean. The Wi-Fi was slow for the 21st century 😕. It’s okay if you’re only planning to stay a night or two.
