Khai Karaköy

We liked the restaurant a lot, and the food was great. The staff were amazing too. Our room was a bit small at first, but they upgraded us to a larger one. The location is great, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooms feel elegant, with thoughtful touches like makeup remover and an ironing board. There are good options for food and entertainment too: Opaque Restaurant serves tasty dishes at reasonable prices, and Tuzz Restaurant has delicious food with stunning views. Asa Khai Jazz Club brings a distinctive feel with live music, and tickets are easy to get through Biletix. It all makes this more than just a hotel, with comfort, dining, and entertainment together.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the ferries, tram, and metro, which made getting around easy. The rooms could be a little bigger, but mine was enough since I spent most of my time out. The location and overall quality were amazing.

I prefer staying on this side of Istanbul near Galata Tower rather than across by the Blue Mosque. There are plenty of places to visit at night and a good atmosphere through the day. For the main sights, it's an easy walk of about 30 minutes across the bridge. Both restaurants serve great food, and the front desk team were all very helpful. The rooms are really small and don't have much space. There aren't common areas or amenities either. It's super fancy if you're mainly using it to sleep after being out all day, but less so if you plan to spend your time at the hotel.
