On arrival, we were forced to go to a very unsafe and unhygienic dormitory with two children. This hotel doesn't even exist, since it is permanently closed. There was no reception, the door was locked, and we were shut away. People from the apartment and nearby pushed us away and made us leave. Please don't waste your time or money booking this hotel.

The hosts were incredibly kind, especially Emin, who helped us so much. They welcomed us with tea, carried our luggage, arranged parking, and found the best internet option for our stay. The new, clean apartment had a beautiful view and was in a good area near the monuments. We had a lovely time and will definitely return. Highly recommend this accommodation!

We paid the full amount after booking online, but when we arrived, there was no hotel there at all. It doesn't exist. This felt like a complete fraud, so please stay away.

Don't book this place. It isn't there at all. A horrible experience.

The place was spotless, and the staff were amazing. You can tell they take their work seriously.
