La Casa Home Concept

There was no one to help when I arrived. With no reception and no answer at any of the phone numbers listed, I was left with my bags, not knowing where to go. Someone eventually showed up by chance, but didn’t help either. They put me in a room above the rooftop, looking onto other people’s skylights. It smelled bad and had no bathroom ventilation. They didn’t seem to care about the guest’s health and refused to give me a better room, saying none were available even though rooms were listed on the sites.

We went two days without hot water in the shower. There’s no receptionist to contact, and the room has no ventilation, so opening the window makes it noisy. They don’t speak English, and the service was poor.

The stairs were narrow and tiring, and nobody carried our bags, so we had to take them up ourselves, even though some customers may have health problems that make those stairs difficult. We had booked expecting an elevator, but it only serves the fourth floor, and more stairs are needed to get to the fifth. When we arrived today, there was hair on the room floor 😒. The bathroom has no ventilation opening, and the room smells very bad.

The host was so humble and understanding, and the property was fabulous. Toooooo good, five stars!
