I had a really bad experience and wouldn’t stay here again. My room was dirty and the staff were rude. One of them laughed about my weight, which clearly felt discriminatory. When I asked for a taxi to the airport, they first quoted 30 euros, then the next day said 35. In the end they took £40 from me but paid the taxi only 30 euros. I don’t trust these scammers.

The food was tasty, with a good choice for vegetarians, and the bathroom was fine with hot water all the time. My room was clean. The hotel is near places you should visit in Istanbul, and I thought it was very good.

The staff are actually very nice, and breakfast on the roof comes with a wonderful view. Still, this isn’t the place for an 8.2 rating on Booking for me. The room size may be fine for some people, but I found the space too limited. I’d generally recommend coming back, but please come alone. Enjoy.

Affordable and nice, in the old part of the city. Kapali carsi and Aya Sofia are both within walking distance.

The staff were excellent and went above and beyond when we left some belongings behind. They couriered them to our next destination. Thanks for a very pleasant stay, and kudos to the team.
