Lunet Old City Hotel

The location made getting around Istanbul easy, with metro and tram stations both about five minutes away. The rooms were cozy with a modern touch and kept in good condition. Cleaning staff were regularly available and handled requests efficiently. The staff really made our seven-day stay. Sahand, Ali, and Osman were attentive to all our needs and made sure we had no problems. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us, offered coffee while we waited to check in, and helped with taxis, luggage, and advice. Their service was the best we've had on any holiday. Osman deserves special mention for going beyond his duties to help with a problem near the end of our stay that had nothing to do with the hotel. Breakfast had a good variety, with a beautiful terrace view of Aksaray and Istanbul. Abdullah and Mustafa at breakfast were polite and personable, and gave top-class service. We wish them the best in whatever comes next. It was an exceptional stay thanks to an exceptional team, and we hope to be back soon.

We stayed here for all five days of our Istanbul trip and were very happy with the choice. The location was excellent, with the underground metro two minutes away, the T-metro three minutes away, and a bus stop right outside. From there it was easy to get wherever we wanted. The hotel is new and the staff were incredible. We arrived at 3 am, and Amin at reception was so nice. He helped us order food on his phone in the middle of the night and showed us everything we needed to know. The cleaning lady was also very nice and respectful, and the rooms were cleaned every day. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Istanbul. Highly recommend.

The room was on the small side, but I was travelling alone and had plenty of space to be comfortable. It was spotless and had amenities I’ve stopped seeing even in bigger hotels. There wasn’t space for a desk or table, though, so working on my laptop meant balancing it on my lap. The staff were lovely and keen to help, and the hotel is handy for Metro Line 2. I was very happy with my short stay and would say it’s worth a visit.

After a 12-hour flight, that warm welcome meant a lot. Everyone was smiling and so friendly, even though the weather outside was freezing. My best wishes to the whole team. The world could use more kind people like you, and I hope you all have joyful lives.
