What made the stay for me was the customer service. Suleiman was professional, kind, and always ready to help with whatever we needed. The hotel is lovely too, and its location is hard to beat, just seconds from Taksim Square. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

We felt at ease as soon as we arrived, and everything was well organized. A lot of that was down to Mahdi, who took such personal care of us and went above and beyond. You don’t often get that level of attention, and we’re very grateful. Thanks, Mahdiiiii, for making our stay so memorable!!!❤️

I left after one night because I just wasn’t comfortable, even though I’d booked for five days. Arriving late at night, I found that my reserved room, 305, wasn’t available. The replacement room was dirty, in bad shape, and very humid. The bathroom door was broken, upkeep was poor, and there was noise all night. When I checked out early, I was still charged for another night, which I hadn’t expected. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location was perfect, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed with everything I needed to relax. The staff were so friendly and helpful all the way from check-in to check-out. I had an amazing stay. Special thanks to mr mahdi.

We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Istanbul. Süleyman and Sedat were such friendly hosts and helped us whenever we needed anything. Thanks to both of you for the great hospitality!
