The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I liked everything else, and the service was good, but the bathroom setup was awkward: the door opens across about 60% of the toilet, making it cramped, and all the toilet walls are mirrored. On our first night, we arrived late after our flight and asked the receptionist where to get dinner, but he couldn’t recommend anywhere. The location is very good, right on istiklal street.

The rooftop bar has a charm of its own, and sitting there on cold winter nights felt so cozy and unforgettable. The hotel was spotless; we often saw the cleaners, and every time we returned to our room, everything had been cleaned perfectly. We were warned about possible noise and found earplugs in the room, but honestly, we didn’t hear a thing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept deeply and peacefully every night. Mr. Cas Hotel is a magical place, and this was one of the best trips of my life. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and polite. On New Year’s Eve, they surprised us with complimentary mulled wine, such a lovely touch. Special thanks to the charming manager, Hüseyin Kaya, who made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended. ✨

We booked rooms facing the garden hoping for a quieter stay, and the location was amazing, right on İstiklal Street. Service was good, and our rooms were spacious, but they looked worn and need rejuvenating. They were also much too dim, with more lighting needed.

The space is gorgeous and roomy, with thoughtful touches that made me feel comfortable right away. Service was attentive, warm, and professional, and Muhammed Yasin brought extra help and positive energy that made the experience even better. I had an incredible stay and am 100% coming back!
