Be careful, the property can cancel your booking whenever it wants. It happened to me and my family, leaving us very little time to find another hotel. With the travel date so close, we might have had to pay more.

The service was the worst. They don’t answer the phone, there’s no professionalism, and they’re not polite.

Everything else was perfect: new, clean, and equipped with every comfort. This mini hotel has only three rooms, I think, and no elevator. You reach the rooms by a spiral staircase, which could be difficult for an older person. The location is a pleasant surprise, close to practically everything. Cross the street and you’ll find buses to IST airport, with the Hagia Sophia museum and the Cistern opposite. One detail: our TV retracted into the bedside cabinet and came out using a remote.

The breakfast was a real letdown, and I’d recommend skipping it since there are plenty of good cafes nearby. The location is excellent, though, and my room on the seventh floor was spacious and wonderful. Staff, cleaning, and amenities were all top-notch.
