Mr Ramazan, Mr Furkan, and the whole team made us feel at home during our nearly week-long stay. This family-run hotel has the best hospitality in Istanbul. They were accommodating, professional, friendly, and always ready with genuinely thoughtful help, from directions and car service to restaurant suggestions and delivery orders. They even brought us hot tea after we'd been out in December rain. The location is great for sightseeing. Beds were comfortable, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the shower had hot water, shower gel, and a bar of soap. Highly recommend.

We didn't stay overnight, just booked luggage storage, so I can't comment on the rooms. The staff member was superbly helpful and took time to figure out the best way for us to get to our airport hotel.

Only the location was good. The hotel said rooms were cleaned every two days, but we stayed longer than that and ours was never cleaned. We also got no fresh towels, and there was mold in the bathroom. The room wasn't worth 100 euros, and the minimalist breakfast wasn't worth paying for either. My family, friends, and I will never stay here again.

Restaurants, attractions, and transport are all around the hotel, and the room was a good size and clean. We had some of our best days here. It's a family business and they really look after their guests. Ramazan, his brother, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Ramzan looked after us while we left our luggage at the hotel, and gave us lots of helpful information about Istanbul. We promised to visit again when we're back in the city. 😊
