The room had several problems that I decided to overlook, but service at reception was poor and unprofessional. I asked for slippers five times because there weren’t any at check-in. I was told okay, then told they’d come tomorrow, with an apology. When I asked for coffee, I was first refused and then told someone would buy it outside. That’s not acceptable for a hotel. I’m still staying here and can provide photos if needed. This doesn’t meet basic hospitality standards, and management needs to improve customer service and staff training.

I’m still staying here, and I can provide photos if anyone doubts what I’m saying. The receptionist handles simple requests badly and communicates unprofessionally. I had several room issues but chose not to raise them. I only asked for coffee and was told there wasn’t any, then later that he would go buy some himself. That isn’t acceptable hotel service. Management needs to improve staff training and guest care.

We spent a week here and had a great stay. The room was nice and clean, with daily housekeeping, and the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Mr. Erhun especially stood out. I highly recommend the hotel.

The receptionist’s attitude was completely unsuitable for a hotel. Basic requests were dealt with badly, and the communication felt very unprofessional. Customer service was extremely poor.

Decent hotel in Taksim, but the room needs attention. I was in room 304, where the door didn’t open and close properly and the toilet had problems.
