The towels and bed were in awful condition, and the air conditioning smelled terrible when switched on. Hygiene and cleanliness were both zero, and all they left in the cupboard was two bottles of water. Such a huge disappointment. We’d have been better off in a shanty. This isn’t what I expected for the price. It was my last visit, and I’ll never choose this place again.

I was really happy with the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good too. I’d stay here again.

They were terrible. We worked for a month and they didn’t pay us our money. Recep, the boss, was terrible too. I don’t forgive them, may it be haram for them. The hotel is very dirty.
