The location is fantastic, the rooms are good, and breakfast was decent. My first room on the 2nd floor was perfect. After I moved upstairs, though, I found bedbugs and had a horrible time. They changed my room when I reported it, but the next day another receptionist didn’t seem convinced and asked why I hadn’t taken a photo.

The bed was broken, but they refused to move me to another room. I stayed for four days and asked every day. Each time, they said the hotel was full.

It really depends on which room you get. Mine was clean, and the location is good, though the building is old so there may be problems in the room. The worst part was the woman in the breakfast area. She was rude, wore dirty clothes, and acted like she was the boss. The guy at reception was friendly, thanks to him.
