The hotel’s location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see in Istanbul, and our room was beautiful and clean. The panoramic Bosphorus view from the stunning terrace was another highlight. Istanbul is a lively city, so there can be some noise, but we barely noticed any disturbance. My mother and I came to Istanbul for my birthday and Mother’s Day, and our stay at Seres Hotel was amazing. Ali made my birthday extra special with a small, thoughtful gift. He was kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful, as were the rest of the staff, who clearly care about their guests. Thanks, Ali, you were a fantastic host. The breakfast really stood out, with a big choice at the buffet and excellent service from Ali, Turgay, and Didem. The rest of the team were warm and welcoming too, and there was always someone around the reception who seemed easy to approach and ready to help. The room was cleaned well, with fresh towels laid out each time. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend.

Breakfast with a view across all of Istanbul was amazing, and I’ll always remember how kind Ms. Didem and Mr. Turgay were at the restaurant. My son uses a wheelchair, and the hotel staff’s support helped us enjoy our five days in Istanbul comfortably. Thank you so much. I won’t forget your kindness.

We could walk to many wonderful historical sights from this perfectly located hotel. The restaurant has an amazing view, and its staff, Ali, Turgay, and Didem, were incredibly friendly and helpful, as were the rest of the hotel team. The rooms are good, though they can get quite warm. Apart from that, we had a good experience.
