I appreciated the free room upgrade, and the staff are clearly doing their best. The location is good too, but the hotel’s organization needs work. The receptionist has to handle check-ins and escort guests to their rooms, which causes delays and isn’t the staff member’s fault. Breakfast is inconvenient to reach, with an elevator ride to the 10th floor followed by a flight of stairs. That could be hard for older guests or anyone with children. It’s meant to start at 8:30 a.m., but even then it wasn’t ready, and only a few items were available. I took photos at that time. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. Privacy and sound insulation are also poor: the neighboring building’s balcony is so close that you can clearly hear and even see people there. The bathroom needs renovation and attention. A nearby hotel costs a little more but seems much better organized, with breakfast ready on time or earlier. This hotel needs to improve its facilities and service. I wouldn’t recommend it if punctuality, privacy, and well-organized service matter to you.

Great value and friendly staff. The room looks really old and needs freshening up. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop view was nice.

We spent a week here while my friend and I were recovering from surgery. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and there were plenty of breakfast choices. Our room, number 205, was pleasant but a little small, and the window looked onto a concrete wall, so we got no natural sunlight. The location was good. Thanks to the lovely staff, we had a great stay and I’d come back.

A quiet, friendly little place, and our room was clean with good air conditioning. We stayed three nights. Breakfast had a good spread, though meals ordered from the menu were delivered through a Just Eat type service. There’s a Starbucks a few doors away and a well-stocked supermarket too.
