Sultans Royal Hotel

The rooms are lovely, modern, and clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and easygoing. Breakfast was a delicious spread that set us up for busy days of sightseeing. We arranged an airport transfer through Sultans Royal to meet our flight. The location is ideal too, since we could walk to all the places we wanted to see. Definitely recommend staying here.

The spotless, comfortable rooms and great breakfast were lovely, and thanks to Salima for that. But it was the people at Sultans Royal Hotel who made the stay special. They even provided us with a metro card, a thoughtful convenience that made our trip easier. When my mom had a minor accident outside the hotel, the staff quickly helped her: they brought ice for her injuries, offered room service so she could be comfortable, and kept checking how she was doing. From the moment we arrived, they took such care of us and went out of their way to make everything right. We’re so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. The hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The Wi-Fi was fast and worked without any problems, and breakfast was tasty with a different menu each day. The staff were polite and ready to help. This is a good choice if you want to spend your days on foot near the city’s historical landmarks and mainly need the hotel for a good night’s sleep. Tram and metro lines nearby make it easy to get almost anywhere.

The food was a highlight, especially the dishes from Sonja, the talented lady in the kitchen. Each one was a treat, with a lovely mix of flavors and creativity. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout, and made us feel like valued guests. Sultans Royal Hotel was elegant and charming, with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and clean surroundings. We were welcomed warmly from the moment we arrived. I’d recommend it for the hospitality and food, and don’t miss Sonja’s cooking.
