The rooms were warm, clean, and cozy, and the location made public transport and tourist spots easy to reach. The staff were kind and helped whenever we needed anything. On 8/02/26, reception also helped us with our bags. We’ll definitely come back, highly recommended.

We found the rooms clean, warm, and cozy, with a kettle and fridge. The hotel is well placed for public transport and getting to tourist attractions. There’s also a restaurant serving flavorful, high quality food. The staff were friendly and ready to help whenever we needed it. We’ll definitely visit again.

The location made getting around easy, with the tram a short walk away and Sultanahmet Mosque and the main sights nearby. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and different each day, so we looked forward to it every morning. Everyone we met, from reception to the kitchen, was friendly, smiling, and quick to help with whatever we needed. They let us check in early, upgraded one room for free to a much larger two-bedroom room with a sea view, and allowed us to check out around 7 PM at no extra charge. That late checkout was a huge help. We had a great stay. If I return, I’ll choose this place again, and I highly recommend it.

Getting around was easy from here, with tourist sights close by and the tram only a short walk away. The hotel felt calm and relaxing, and breakfast had a delicious range of choices. It was clean and well cared for, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and always smiling. Their excellent service made the whole stay easy and enjoyable. Huge thanks to everyone for making it special. I highly recommend the hotel.

The location is superb, with plenty of food nearby, tram stops close by, and the Blue Mosque and other attractions within a workable walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of salads and cheese plus a different special dish each day. They also let us check in early, which was a real bonus. I loved the water pressure and air conditioning. A few low cost fixes would make the stay better. The toilet fixtures need tightening, especially the loose soap and cup holders, which tilt when I put things back. The soap dish is too small for bath foam and shampoo, so I had to rest those on the mixer while showering. It might help to add holders on the wall for bath foam and shampoo. Please also pay attention to electrical wire safety. My room didn’t have a kettle, which I felt should be a basic amenity at these rates. This could have been a 4 star stay.
