Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of fresh, well-prepared choices. The room was tastefully furnished, immaculately kept, and had all the essentials. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept well. Check-in was easy, and the staff were professional, genuinely hospitable, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel delivered more than I expected in comfort, service, and convenience. I’d definitely come back.

We only stayed one night before heading to Cappadocia the next day, and everything was comfortable and easy. Safa took such good care of us, thank you for hosting us. The boutique hotel was lovely and clean, right across from the Four Seasons Hotel and just a one-minute walk from Hagia Sophia. Hearing the Azan clearly from our room was beautiful and memorable. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Istanbul.

The location was fantastic, and the hospitality was good, but the stay itself was uncomfortable. The bedding and towels felt poor quality, and the pillows gave us neck pain every morning. The rooms are dated, with badly worn bathroom fittings, and the fridge didn’t work. We complained, but nothing was done. Breakfast was as basic and cheap as it gets. We were also woken by extremely loud drilling every morning, from planned work in the neighboring building and on the hotel stairs. Management knew about both projects and never warned us. When we raised it, they didn’t acknowledge the problem or offer compensation. At around £80 a night, it’s far too expensive for what you get. We felt scammed.
