Turna Hotel

The host was one of the best I’ve had in any hotel. He was so helpful without us needing to ask, even bringing little gifts like sweets and fruit and suggesting places to eat or shop. A great place to stay while visiting Istanbul.

I’ve been coming back for two years, and it always feels cozy, warm, family-friendly, and clean. What really stands out is that the owner is available to guests around the clock. I haven’t seen that in a hotel in any country, so ten stars for it! It works for solo travelers, couples, and families with kids. The rooms on the top floor have terraces where you can sip coffee in the morning and look out at the Bosphorus, or sit in the evening as Istanbul lights up. If you’re going to Istanbul, I’d put this hotel ahead of the others 😇

We had an amazing time here and really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, with Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The owner was welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Honestly, it’s great value, and you won’t regret staying here!

The room isn’t huge, but there was still enough space for two of us and our large and small suitcases. They cleaned it every day, and we really had nothing to complain about. The owner was very nice and helped us work through the problems we ran into. You can walk to nearly all the main sights from this very well located place. We’d definitely recommend it if you want a good base without spending too much.
