There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops around this hotel in Laleli, and public transport is close by. The nearby tram stop made it easy to get around Istanbul, and the area felt lively but safe. The welcome at reception was warm and check-in went smoothly, so I felt valued from the start. I slept well after long days out. The room was quiet and spacious, with a comfortable bed, working air conditioning, good bathroom amenities, and excellent water pressure and temperature. It was modern and exceptionally clean, and housekeeping did a careful job each day. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a good range of fresh hot and cold dishes, bread, and other options. The dining area was spotless, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. I found this a comfortable, well-serviced place with a great location for either business or leisure. It exceeded my expectations and made my Istanbul trip better. I'd choose it again next time.

Great location, right in the city center with lots of restaurants and shops close by. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I had an incredible stay and would totally recommend this hotel.

I wasn't sure what to expect, since I'd heard hotel star standards could be different in Istanbul, but I was happy with my room. It was clean and average-sized, with a fridge and AC. The hotel and rooms have beautiful ornaments, and they tidied up and changed the towels and soap every day.

For a three-star hotel, this was very good. The room was clean and average-sized, with AC and a fridge. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby, and the central bazaar within walking distance. Hagia Sophia is 2km away.

The breakfast was very poor, and the hotel was the dirtiest. Staff talked loudly in the corridor at all hours, so we couldn't rest. While we were in the room, a staff member came in without knocking or permission. I've never seen someone from the staff behave so thoughtlessly.
