I've stayed here twice, and both visits were great. The breakfast was amazing, and we were treated respectfully.

The bathroom was the worst part. The shower area was filthy, and I saw cockroaches crawling around there. Later that night, while trying to sleep, I spotted another one near my bed. When I first entered the room, the floor was dirty too. I took off my shoes, walked just a few steps, and my socks picked up hair and dust. This was the worst hotel stay of my life, and the place clearly has serious cleanliness and hygiene problems. I have photos to show it. I'll never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The service was awful. They didn't respond properly, just said okay and did nothing. The room smelled terrible and wasn't clean. The food was cold, didn't taste good, and wasn't cooked well. They don't even deserve half a star.

This was the worst hotel experience of all my travels. They put me in a basement room that opened right onto the road, and the window locks were so poor anyone could easily push the windows open and get in. I felt completely unsafe. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, acting like guests were there to serve them. One receptionist even said, “This is not my hotel, I’m just doing a job.” When I asked for a quilt, I was told there were none in the storeroom. I asked how I was supposed to sleep, and he said, “I don’t know.” I had to keep going to reception in the middle of the night before someone finally brought two quilts that had apparently “magically” appeared. I came for a hair transplant, but at their dingy little restaurant they made me sit apart from everyone, like some kind of outcast. It was humiliating and unprofessional. Never set foot in this place. Avoid it.
