The rooms are clean, but breakfast is the same each day. A buffet with more variety would be much better. The staff, especially the woman at breakfast, had a poor attitude and could be rude. The lobby didn’t feel welcoming either, with no greeting when we arrived. That lack of welcome was really disappointing.

The room smelled of sewage and mold coming from the bathroom. See my photos. They made me wait for an airport transfer that never arrived, then demanded I pay for it before they’d let me check in. BIG SCAM. The internet barely works. There’s another Wi-Fi network with a strong full-bar signal, but they won’t share its password. There was no open buffet breakfast as listed on booking.com.

We had amazing views from our breakfast table in the restaurant on the top floor and roof. The hotel is simple, clean, and comfortable, close to the main tourist sights. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and there was an electric kettle. The windows looked out onto a busy restaurant street, but traffic quieted down at night, so we slept fine.

The terrace up on the roof has incredible views, and I’d totally come back. We stayed in a family suite that was modern, tidy, and, most of all, comfortable. The staff were kind, polite, helpful, and respectful. We chose the breakfast option. It was good, though not amazing, and could be improved a little.
