The tram station is nearby, and the surrounding streets have shops, transport, and plenty of food options. The food nearby is much cheaper than on the main roads. The hotel was worth it because of the people, especially the owner Müge. She was incredibly friendly, kind, open, and supportive. She helped us out, offered us coffee and croissants, and took us to the shop where we bought a SIM card. Feisal was also a very nice person. Hugs from both of us!!,,😊

The rooms are small, but they're clean and cosy, and the street is quiet even though the location is great and everything is nearby. Muge and the staff show real Turkish hospitality, always ready to help with any issue, day or night.

The owner's kindness mattered most to us. She advised us on where to go, where to find the best currency exchanges, and where to get a good lunch. When it rained, she offered us an umbrella. For my birthday, she gave me a cake she'd made herself and even a gift. It was very sweet. She also arranged a taxi for our departure. Would we stay again? Yes! My son and I had a memorable stay in Istanbul. We're not demanding travelers, just looking for somewhere to rest. The mattresses were excellent and firm, the pillows comfortable, and Wi-Fi was free. The shower had good pressure and hot water without interruptions. Towels were clean and smelled good, bath amenities were provided, and there was a hairdryer. We asked for a plate, and the hostess also gave us a kettle, spoons, forks, and a knife. Bottled drinking water was available in unlimited quantities. I think the price matched what we got.

I was robbed in my room. They took 600 euros after someone opened the door while I was out shopping. The hotel members are all scammers, and they didn't want to help me check the cameras.
