Clean rooms, a great location, and lovely staff. From our very first contact, the service was excellent, and breakfast had lots of choice with everything tasting super fresh. A big thank you to Gokhan for being so welcoming and attentive, and for really caring that guests feel at home. You can tell he loves his work. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable. We had lunch at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was very good. Breakfast was varied too, though there were more sweets than I personally wanted. The price was good for the accommodation, and the staff were very friendly. It's well placed in the tourist area, so the sights are easy to reach. We'll choose the same place next time we're in Istanbul.

The hotel itself was one of the best parts of my time in Istanbul. It has beautiful rooms, an authentic feel, and staff who were incredibly kind and helpful. Lots of major sights, including Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar, are within walking distance. I had an amazing stay.

We spent a week here with our family and a small baby, and the staff made it feel easy and special. Everyone was thoughtful, attentive, helpful, and friendly, whether at reception, in the restaurant, or with cleaning. They were always smiling and welcoming. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a wonderful stay in Istanbul!

The hammam was such a treat to return to each evening, and our apartment was beautiful, welcoming, and felt like home. My son and I stayed at Best Point again last week, and Fatih Abi made the visit wonderful as always. The location is perfect, with all the places to visit within walking distance. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was magnificent. I felt like a princess. Thank you so much 🥰🤲🏻❤️
