The door cards were the only thing that made us feel unsafe. Our card could open other rooms, and someone walked into ours at around 2am on two nights. There are cameras in the corridor, but that didn't make it feel okay. The bathroom was amazing, especially after bad hotel bathroom experiences before. It was very clean, with nice tiles and an overhead shower that got hot quickly. The toilet was perfectly good too, though the light switch was awkwardly placed behind the door. The bed was clean and intact, with a nightstand and outlet on each side. There was also a table, two chairs, a wall mirror, a seat, and a fridge. The fridge was unplugged, and we couldn't reach the outlet to plug it back in.

Google won't let me give this place minus 5 stars. Don't pay before you've seen the room. Booking prepayments disappear into a sinkhole, and you won't get a penny back even if you give 36 hours' notice to cancel. Beyond feeling scammed, I wouldn't let my dog stay in this accommodation. My doghouse is much better than this s... hole. Stay by the sea and sleep on the grass instead. At least you'll have peaceful nights without bed bugs.

The sheets were dirty, and there was no hot water for hours. When I asked for toilet paper, they gave me a half-used roll. The bathroom drain didn't work properly, so water gathered into a small pool.

I stayed for a week and had no transportation problems, thanks to the excellent location. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the staff were friendly. Thank you to the Panula Pak Hotel family for their friendly service and family-like warmth. It's a family-run business with a lovely, warm atmosphere.

The staff were very helpful, thank you. The hotel is on a busy street, which I think is great, and it's a good place to have fun with family and friends.
