Azade Butik Hotel

This place feels more like a boarding house than a three-star hotel. It hasn’t been renovated in a long time, the furniture and plumbing are shabby, and the room smelled of cigarettes and sewage. Staff weren’t friendly, and I found their treatment of foreigners very poor. The manager was unfriendly too, even in the evening, and ignored me when I said good evening at reception. Breakfast was very bad. During my seven-day stay, the sheets were never changed and the room wasn’t cleaned. The liquid soap and shampoo had been watered down. The photos on the hotel website are misleading; the actual place looks quite different.

We stopped for one night on our trip from erzurum to antalya. The rooms were clean and better than we expected, and breakfast was good enough. The staff were helpful and friendly, and special thanks to Mrs. Marzieh. On the third floor, though, the walls were thin and we could hear everything from the other rooms. It wasn’t too bad, but we noticed it.

We had a lovely stay in keyseri. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful, although their English was limited. Breakfast was standard. Most days, we ate at the restaurant across the street.

The location worked well, but the hotel is neglected and quite old, with visible defects around the place. Despite the boutique name, it isn’t luxurious. We found hair on the old sheets and bed covers, and the A.C in our room wasn’t working.
