I wasn't satisfied with the service at all. Kardelen at reception spoke to me in a way I found upsetting, and her careless, indifferent attitude when I needed help made things worse.

The hotel is close to everything, and the staff were very helpful and understanding. They've only recently taken over, so there are a few small things still lacking, but they've helped however they could and will probably sort them out soon. Thanks for the welcoming atmosphere.

The service may be good, but receptionist Kardelen is undermining all the hotel's positive points. She needs training in smiling and speaking to customers properly. 👏🏻😊

I was unhappy with the way Kardelen, the employee at the information desk, treated me. Her tone, off-putting manner, and behavior came across as indifferent, and I want to complain about it.

I wasn't satisfied at all. The woman named Kardelen at reception had an indifferent, rude way of speaking, and I was unhappy with her tone and demeanor.
