Ambassador Plaza Hotel

The location is great, close to both the beach and shopping. The pool is nice, though the surrounding area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The beach is beautiful and nearby, but you need to get there very early to find good sunbeds. Food was okay, with a good variety. There was no real entertainment, just a DJ repeating the same songs. The spa was easily the best part. Those women worked magic on our bodies. The hotel seems to want to be five-star, but to me it’s really two-star, and the lack of effort shows. On the first day we ordered a $15 Champagne, which was awful and arrived without an ice bucket. The room was small, with two single beds pushed together instead of a king-size bed, and a tiny balcony. We didn’t hear other rooms, but could clearly hear people passing in the hallway. The A/C didn’t work properly. The gentleman at reception was polite on day one, then seemed to stop caring. He called my husband by his first name and ignored me whenever he saw us. The younger reception staff also seemed completely uninterested in guests. The laundry list said items dropped at reception before 11h would be ready the next day at 17h. We handed ours in at 10am, but when I asked about it, they gave no apology or explanation and said it would be tomorrow because “laundry is now closed.” So either it hadn’t been washed, someone hadn’t brought it to us or reception, or someone hadn’t done their job properly. They were very nonchalant about it, and the service was expensive.

The address listed on Booking.com was completely wrong, and we wound up an hour away from the actual hotel. I called and left messages but got no response. When we eventually arrived, the gate to the property where the rooms were located didn’t work, so we had to keep going back and forth to reception to get access. I’d paid for two rooms but was given one family room instead, due to the gate access issue. They offered a free 30-minute massage for all the hassle, but the spa manager clearly didn’t want to provide it. We got only a rushed 10-minute massage, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The service was awful from beginning to end. I left frustrated, disappointed, and completely let down. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, and I’d never recommend or stay here again.

Ayse tolga dina ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Ambassador Hotel in Antalya. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and ideally located. Staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The services were top quality, and the entertainment was fun and engaging, adding a lot to the experience. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant, restful stay in Antalya.

The food was delicious, and the staff were both friendly and professional. The room was spacious, tidy, and modern in its decor. It’s in an ideal location near the beach and city center. I’m looking forward to coming back next year.
