Grand Viking All Inclusive Hotel

The rooms were a real highlight: roomy, tidy and very clean, with elegant, modern furniture that was well maintained. We had a lovely view, either toward the pool or the mountain. Meals were excellent, fresh and delicious, with lots of variety and care in how they were prepared. The dishes changed every day without losing their quality or cleanliness. Breakfast ran from 8 to 10, lunch from 12:30 to 2 pm, and dinner from 7 to 9 pm. Drinks, hot or cold, were available all day. The outdoor pool was beautiful, clean and orderly, and there was also a free indoor pool, gym and sauna. The hotel has a lovely beach, with a very regular car service running back and forth from 10 am to 6 pm. I stayed for two days, and about a month ahead I told the management that our stay would overlap with our 30th wedding anniversary. I’d hoped for a simple celebration for my beloved wife. What Mr. Ali arranged went far beyond anything I imagined. He upgraded our booking to a luxury suite and gave us two free high-speed internet packages. The suite had beautiful flowers and balloons, and he sent up a wonderful basket of chocolates and luxurious sweets. Then on Tuesday, during the show, he had a cake made and presented it with fireworks for our anniversary. It was a dream celebration. Many thanks to Mr. Ali and the hotel management. Honestly, this is a generous choice for the money and a great place for a quiet, happy holiday in Kemer. The staff are all dedicated to their work. I hope to return next year with my sons so they can enjoy this wonderful hotel too. Thank you, grand viking hotel, for an amazing stay.

The food was freshly cooked every time, with lots of choices, and the chefs were excellent. Staff were also willing to go out of their way to help with whatever we needed. The pool was cleaned carefully, and since it isn't chlorinated, I could happily stay in it all day. There are frequent shuttles to the beach, about every hour or sometimes more often. I had a great stay and really recommend it.

We were there as a honeymoon couple. The hotel felt below average overall, and I took points off because the waiters kept telling us to cover up during lunch. At the same time, other men and women were eating without outerwear. Thank you.

The rooms aren't fancy, but they were kept in good shape, maintained often, and had roomy balconies. We could walk to the sea in about 20 minutes without any trouble, though there's also a free van between the beach and hotel. WiFi is free, and the receptionist gave us the paid faster option as a gift. The staff were friendly and hardworking, and meals had plenty of variety, from different meats and vegetables to desserts and fruit. Great value, and we'd happily recommend it.
