The staff were really happy and friendly, and the place is close to town. Good value for money.

The hotel looks good, but I found it really uncomfortable and impractical. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels over the years, and this is the first time I’ve felt moved to write a review about an overnight stay. I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was freezing. Cold air poured in through the windows, and putting a towel there didn’t help. Even a man I spoke to in the elevator agreed that the windows let air through. The floors were ice cold, the radiators barely warmed the room, and there’s no air conditioning. I was cold all night. After a shower, you want to come back to a warm room, but that wasn’t possible. The hot water in the bathroom barely trickled, and I was cold even while trying to shower. There was no phone in the room, so you have to call reception if you need anything. If there’s a fire or earthquake overnight, or reception needs to reach a guest, there’s no way to call the room. I sometimes keep my phone on silent while I sleep, so this seems like a small detail that could matter a lot. There was no ashtray either. If smoking is allowed, please provide a proper one instead of expecting people to use water in a cardboard cup. And please replace the cardboard cups with porcelain or glass ones. They don’t feel clean or decent for water, tea, or coffee, and make the room feel like a dormitory. Breakfast ends at 10, while in many hotels it runs until 10:30 or 11. With checkout at 12, it would be nice to have the option of eating later and checking out comfortably. The hotel is rated three stars, but I don’t think it lives up to that. I hope these criticisms are taken positively, because there are quite a few things to improve.

We come from out of town once a month and book just before we set off. The staff are cheerful, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrive. The rooms and corridors are clean and spacious, and breakfast is generous with plenty of variety. We’re very pleased with the hotel, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, reliable place. I’ve been staying here for about a month and am very happy with it. The staff are respectful and friendly, breakfast is very good, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. It seems suitable for everyone.
