⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel was beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and professionally. The Bosphorus view is stunning, and the location is excellent. Breakfast was tasty too, so it felt like good value for the money. We did have a small problem at check-in, but the guest relations officer was genuinely helpful and got it sorted out over the next few days. You can tell they care about guests being satisfied.

Getting around Istanbul was easy from Richmond Hotel. It’s in a great spot, well connected by public transport, and I felt safe there throughout my stay. The breakfast changed each day, with plenty of generous, delicious options, which I especially appreciated. Staff were professional, welcoming, and always available when I needed them. I had a wonderful stay from start to finish and would happily return.

We were celebrating my birthday during the stay, and I’d recently had nose surgery. The team was thoughtful about it, bringing me ice packs and surprising me with a cake and small drinks. Those kind gestures meant a lot and showed how attentive they are to guests. Julia, the guest relations manager, was especially helpful. The hotel is right in the heart of Istiklal Street, with everything we needed close by and great connections. Our room looked a little different from the booking site photos, but when we mentioned it, the staff handled our concern kindly and professionally. We’d definitely come back, and I’ve already recommended it to friends traveling to Istanbul.

The location couldn’t be better, and the hotel was very clean with a really good breakfast. Everyone had a smile and was ready to help. Thanks to Serkan and Dervish for taking care of everything. I’d stay at the Richmond again if I return to Istanbul.
