Suhan Seaport Hotel

Breakfast was a buffet, so you could pick whatever you wanted. Mustafa and Filiz were especially attentive and kind in the breakfast room, and the restaurant staff were friendly and quick. We enjoyed the fresh, tasty food and the variety of dishes. Ilayda at reception was also fantastic, professional and welcoming. She helped arrange transport and suggested good places to visit, which added a lot to our stay. The property itself is beautiful, well cared for, and has a welcoming feel. We had a wonderful time and would gladly return.

The restaurant was good, and breakfast had a decent range of options, though the breakfast room was cold with just one radiator. The staff were polite, but the stay felt average overall. Cleaning was below what I expected for this category. We asked for the room to be cleaned, but the work was very superficial. The location is excellent, and the balcony looks out over the marina with lovely sea views. Those were among the best parts of our two-night stay at Suhan Seaport Hotel in Kusadasi. The hotel feels dated and worn in several places and needs a proper renovation. The spa was closed while we were there, and the bathroom ventilation was poor. Better upkeep, more thorough cleaning, and modernization would make a real difference.

Everyone was helpful and friendly, and Levent was a great, friendly server. Filiz was especially welcoming and became a friend to our group during the stay. We’d definitely come back!

The breakfast was included and definitely worth it. There was plenty to choose from: Turkish fruit, salads, meats, cheese, bread, boiled eggs, pancakes, cereal, and omelettes made fresh. Filiz greeted us with a smile each morning and kindly offered an omelette. The chef in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful, too. We visited in February, during the off season, so many shops and restaurants were closed. We ate at the hotel restaurant a few nights and really enjoyed the meals. The waiters were helpful, and compliments to the chef for the steak, chicken curry, Mexican chicken, and burger with fries. Our room looked over the marina, and the hotel itself is beautiful. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by Toprak, a lovely young man who was genuinely interested in us. We had some nice chats during our stay. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean and modern, the beds comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. Housekeeping came each day if we wanted fresh towels or toiletries. I’d recommend it to anyone coming to Kusadasi.
