The rooms are nicely laid out, and the location is fantastic. You can park on the street, though the drive is very narrow, and the staff will help you find a spot. People here are amazing and accommodating. They even brought tea to the terrace, which is a great place to spend the evening, and did our laundry for free. One of our highlights in Mardin!

The food was fresh and tasty, with a great variety of breakfast items. Each morning, receptionist Ismail brought breakfast promptly and was very helpful. He even helped us find a parking spot when we got back at night from a long day trip. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and going out of your way to help.

I spent 3 nights here. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, and I really enjoyed breakfast. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Ismail took care of us throughout our stay, he was so lovely ☺️

Right in the busy Mardin old town, but far enough from the bustle that we could sleep peacefully. Reception took care of everything for us, including laundry, which we badly needed halfway through our long trip. The bed was enormous and made it a bit hard to move around its sides, but we slept like babies. Lovely place, absolutely recommendable!

The staff were so helpful, arranging tours and airport transfers, and our driver was incredibly kind. I had an amazing stay at Carra Konagi Hotel. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and my room was warm and cozy with a breathtaking view. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for a great stay in Mardin!
