We were happy with the hotel's cleanliness, service, and general atmosphere during our stay two weeks ago. Later, though, we found out that an employee named Hazar had sent immoral, inappropriate messages to our daughter. That's completely unacceptable and left us deeply disappointed. It seriously undermines guests' sense of comfort and safety. The management needs to be more careful about staff selection and supervision.

The pool area was the only thing we liked. The rest of the stay was a mess, and we won't be back. We booked because family members were staying here and the reviews looked okay. We arrived late on 20 September and were put on the fourth floor beside the lift. It was noisy, and within half an hour people were screaming and fighting until 4 a.m. When we asked to move, the older man at reception was very rude and argued with us. We finally got another room the next day. The room wasn't cleaned properly. We found the previous guests' water bottles beside the bed and had to sweep the floor every day after the cleaner had been in. The cleaner also locked the door while supposedly cleaning, which seemed strange. Then we found bed bugs where our children were sleeping. After we complained, the cleaning team pulled back the top of the sheets and sprayed something, but didn't turn over the mattresses or remove all the bedding. We had to ask reception to clean the room again because the sheets hadn't been changed and the beds were still pulled out. Other family members also had bed bugs in their room and had to move. The hotel took their belongings to wash, but didn't offer that to us. It took two days for the others to get their cases back, so they were stuck in their room with only the pyjamas they had on. Alice from the entertainment team was a nuisance, constantly asking family members for cigarettes and hassling people for money to play games by the pool. After our cousin told her no, she still threw a bucket of water on her three times.

We only used the spa, which the rep had sold us as an exclusive, private 90-minute treatment with no need to buy extras. That wasn't what we got. After paying £25 in advance, we had to pay another £40, or it would've been a quick in-and-out visit of perhaps 30 minutes, not counting the wait. The staff we met were all friendly and polite, and the woman who gave me a massage was really good. The spa itself is battered and badly needs refurbishment. The transfer vehicles were in shocking condition too. I managed to take one photo of what looked like a makeshift air-conditioning solution. I can't comment on the hotel, since we didn't use it.

Such a great hotel, bro. Justin's 'shut up' is iconic, and everyone's so friendly, especially Alice. Shoutout to the photographer who always gave my niece Lexi a lolly because she was so pretty ❤️

The food and entertainment were pretty good, and there was plenty for kids to do, but I'd avoid this place. We were put in the annex, and they charged for everything on arrival: air conditioning per room, Wi-Fi per device, the lot. One bed was broken, and toilet roll had been wrapped around its legs, so they clearly knew and tried to get away with it. The worst part was that eight football tops went missing from our room. The bag they were in had been put under the sink in the bin. The room door said the hotel wasn't responsible for missing things, and there was a safe, but that cost extra and was far too small for football shirts. The cleaners stole from our room, and that was the last straw. There was a sloping ceiling in the living room, so you couldn't stand up properly and we kept banging our heads. We've all come home covered in bites, which hasn't happened on our other trips to Turkey. I think there are much better hotels that cost less. Everything here feels like a money grab 🤷♀️
