I’ve kept coming back for five years. The apartments are really spacious and spotlessly clean, and I think they’ve renovated the place and replaced the furniture, so don’t let the reviews put you off. Customer service is excellent. It’s right in the center, easy to get around from, with cafes on the same street. I definitely recommend it.

I was hesitant because some reviews mentioned dirt and heating problems, but we found a really nice atmosphere and clean, comfortable rooms. For the price, it felt like very good value, and being central meant everything was close by. We stayed in a 3+1 apartment with four adults and one child, and we were very happy with it. We were in Tokata for an oath ceremony, so I don’t know if we’ll be back in the area, but if we are, this is where I’d stay again. Thank you.

The rooms had been cleaned, though they didn’t feel especially clean to me. We stayed for two nights, and the kitchen had nothing supplied except a teapot. It’ll do if you can’t find somewhere else to stay.

We arrived in the evening on June 31st, and only saw the place then. If I’d seen it during the day, I definitely wouldn’t have stayed. The state of it at night was hard to take in. I’ve no idea how many months it had been since the last cleaning. The kitchen and its utensils were greasy and stained, and the rest of the place was filthy too. Tea and coffee had spilled on the floors and hadn’t even been wiped up. We’d planned to stay another day, but there was no way I could stay in that environment.
