I left a sweater behind during my stay, and the hotel confirmed in writing that they would send it back. Months have passed with no shipment or explanation. My messages get read and ignored, and I’ve been told to be patient without getting a real solution. At this point it feels like more than an oversight. The issue is the principle: if you promise to return a guest’s belongings, you should follow through, or at least communicate honestly. This has been deeply disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise against staying here if you value your belongings and basic consideration.

The cleaning was meticulous, and the staff were very friendly and focused on making our stay a great experience. Sabrina, the hotel manager, spoke fluent English and Russian and was always ready to help resolve any issues. Amazing place to stay and the best value.

The bathroom was covered in mold, and the tiny room faced a noisy street cafe. It felt neglected and definitely wasn’t the promised 23 sq meters. This was the worst “deluxe” room we’ve experienced. The attached photos say all I can say about it.

We were served a really rich breakfast, almost more than we could finish, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. The service was excellent from a friendly, smooth check-in through breakfast. Our deluxe room was spotless, with free WiFi, toiletries, water, coffee, and tea included. The hotel is well located too, about 15 minutes from the coast, with buses such as the 600 to the airport just around the corner.

There are lots of food places and markets nearby, and the location is good. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was good. The room was neat, though it could use some decor and updating.
