The check-out left the worst impression. I’d asked several times in advance about a late checkout and was told it would be possible, but when I went to arrange it, they suddenly said no. Our keys had already been deactivated at 11 am, even though the listed checkout time was 12. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to late checkout for an extra fee. I didn’t mind paying, but they couldn’t give me an invoice and I had to wait quite a while. What bothered me most was that another guest got late checkout for free from the same receptionist who had turned me down. When I asked why, I got no answer. The location is beautiful, with direct sea access and lots of things for kids to do, especially the mini-disco. The restaurants were nice and the food tasty, but the selection was limited and not very varied. Our renovated room was on the small side for a family of more than three. You could still see the building’s age in the rusty doors and tiny bathroom. The bathroom ventilation didn’t work, which was tough in the hot, humid August weather. Service also seemed smoother for Russian-speaking guests, since most of the reception and guest relations staff seemed to be Russian. The family-friendly setting is great, but service felt inconsistent.

This is my first Google review, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. If you’re planning a honeymoon, don’t come here. They didn’t do any of the things they promised, and there’s no honeymoon setup. The staff were extremely indifferent and uninterested.

The food was tasty, and there was a lot to enjoy in the evening, with fun entertainment and special programs. The animation team had great energy and were funny and enjoyable. It’s a very nice hotel with huge grounds, and I can recommend it. I hope to come back. Funny thing, you can trade a pack of cigarettes for hookah 😄

The rooms could be nicer, but I think they’re fine for the price. The place itself is nice, and the staff are great, always ready to help make the stay better. I especially loved the animators. Sofia was friendly, always smiling, and happy to give advice and help me have the best experience during my stay.
