The room had no soap in the dispenser, a troublesome toilet, and a leaking faucet that made noise at night. The kitchen sink drain also overflowed into the bathroom. There wasn't proper service or cleanliness, and I left dissatisfied, especially because of the owner. The woman who welcomed us at the entrance was very kind and hospitable, and booked the room right away. But when we needed a spare key, we found the man rude and ill-mannered. No one was overseeing the hotel because he was out of town. He gave orders and told us to wait over the phone. I said I'd called because I didn't want to wait, and asked him not to tell me what to do. A business owner should leave someone in charge, or at least say they aren't there and we'll have to manage on our own. He came across as unable to communicate respectfully. I had initially given four stars because of the woman's kindness, but took them back after the owner told us, "If you don't like it, pay your money and leave."

Our room was 103, and we stayed in Antep today. Mr. Kadir was such a friendly, gentlemanly person, and we were really pleased with him. Thank you very much, and we'd recommend him to everyone. Thanks, Yılmaz Apart Hotel.

I only spoke with them by phone to ask where they were, since I was looking for somewhere to stop briefly during a drive. I didn't visit. They were very understanding and simply explained that the place was far from the city. Thank you.

The manager was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and recommend the place. It's clean, pleasant, and well looked after.
