We'd stayed in the Simav Municipality apartments before and liked them a lot. This time they were full, so we ended up here, and I really wish we hadn't. The bathroom and toilet are dated, the cold water doesn't run, and the beds and sofas are rock hard. The parquet and doors creak constantly. In the living room there are three bulbs, but only one works. The gas cylinder was empty when we arrived yesterday morning, though staff replaced it after we called. The staff tried to help, but the management is awful. I wish they'd look at the other apartments and renovate this one, especially the bathroom. I wouldn't even walk past this place.

For this price, all we got was a room, and there wasn't even water, soap, or shampoo in it. Other hotels offer breakfast and more for less money. I only stayed because of a business trip, and wouldn't choose this place again.

We went for two days with our children hoping to rest, but came home worse off, and I got sick. The musty smell was awful, there were insects and other disturbing things, and the kitchen items they did have were filthy. There weren't many utensils to begin with, and the appliances were dreadful. The refrigerator made a terrible noise. The kids got sick too, and the lack of cleanliness really upset me. The price may seem reasonable, but you have to live with the conditions. It ruined the stay and left me traumatized. I won't go near the place again. Absolutely don't go.

The recent renovation has made the rooms feel both useful and quite luxurious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Everything was hygienic, and the staff were warm and attentive. The hot water is natural and healing, so I expect to come back. Highly recommend it.
