We ended each full day feeling like we were heading home to rest, not just returning to a hotel. The place is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature, and there’s a great restaurant right behind it. We enjoyed every moment and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who likes calm surroundings. Ms. Hamide made our family feel at home and looked after all the little details. She remembered our breakfast preferences and quickly arranged night lights for the kids’ room. We hadn’t expected to need warm clothes for the summer hot air balloon ride, but when the weather suddenly changed and we mentioned our concern, she sent shawls to our room. She also helped us plan and suggested sightseeing activities. Everything about the staff and service was wonderful. It was a memorable family stay, and we’re grateful for all those thoughtful gestures.

We made a great choice for our trip to capadoccia and came away with lovely memories with our two kids. The whole team did their best to make the trip special, and they really know how to welcome guests. Everything about the hotel was magnificent.

The calm, beautiful atmosphere and the remarkable decor made our stay at Serenus Cave suites special. The suites and the surrounding area have an authentic feel, and the hotel is neat and very clean, with lovely views of the caves and nearby landscape. Ms Hamide Demiral was a delightful, accommodating hostess who treated us courteously and helped with our needs. She’s a real asset to Serenus Caves suites. I’d personally recommend this A+ hotel to everyone. Regards, Mrs Ghazi and family

The property and owner were wonderful, and Hamide made our stay memorable. She helped with bookings and places to visit, and made sure we had a proper vegetarian breakfast on Tuesday, our veg day, with the dishes specially prepared for us. We also looked forward to the Turkish tea they offered us every day. We’ll visit cappadocia again and stay at Serenus cave suites.
