The staff were especially kind. When I asked about dinner one evening, they prepared a generous meal for me and said it was a gift from the hotel when I asked what it cost. I've never been treated with that kind of kindness in Turkey. The rooms were clean, cozy, and pleasant, the service was top-notch, and the hotel's location was beautiful and convenient. One of the best hotels I've stayed at.

The rooms were okay and acceptable for a stay, but cleanliness was poor. Breakfast was really bad: just three slices of tomato, a few olives, and some cheese, as shown in the picture. The staff looked sullen and showed no interest or helpfulness. Our booking information said it was extremely busy, yet when we arrived there was no one there. We were also told all the double beds were occupied.

Some people have criticized the location, but I liked the open feel, the view, and how quiet it was. Four families stayed overnight in June for a wedding. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they let us gather on the terrace after the wedding and served tea even though it was late. We'd like to thank them for that.

If you're heading toward Palu Kovancılar, you can stay here with peace of mind. Mr. Gıyasettin's smile and way of communicating with guests are wonderful. Thanks to my brother Muhammed and the rest of the staff too. This is the place that makes a journey better ☺️

Around 10-15 of us came as a family for a wedding. We were happy with the rooms, the cleanliness, and the food, and the management and staff were very friendly. Thank you.
