We had a bad experience, and I'd never recommend this place. The owner, Mr. Haluk, acts like he thinks he's running a Hilton, but our accommodation was no better than a doghouse. The place was smaller than the photos suggested, and when I raised that, he answered rudely: “You're not going to let horses run wild, what do you expect?” It was impossible to communicate with him. I've never encountered such rude, disrespectful treatment and such poor communication at a business. The owner's manners felt medieval, and the place still seemed no better than a doghouse.

We paid the full amount when we booked. That evening, after entering the room, we said the air conditioning wasn't working and wanted to leave. Once we learned we wouldn't get our money back, we stayed, and froze all night. The weekend was awful, and our money felt wasted. The place is neglected and really doesn't look like the photos. We won't go near it again, in any season, even summer. A bad experience...

My wife and I found the rooms clean, the service very good, and the owner friendly and attentive. We came after reading the reviews, but don't let the negative ones put you off. The rooms are incredibly lovely and beautiful. Thanks for everything. I recommend staying here, it's one of the best places in Şirince 🙏
