The house has a lovely, almost magical feel, with seashells decorating the walls. The view was breathtaking, unlike anything I'd seen before, and the people were just as memorable. The host and service were incredibly kind and welcoming, and made us feel like royalty. It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime stay. I'd recommend seeing the scenery and experiencing that hospitality.

That huge balcony and its peaceful sea view were a real highlight. The apartment was furnished beautifully, with care put into every small detail. The owners were lovely and treated us like family. I'd give it more than five stars if I could.

Perice Konak is such a distinctive place, especially with all the shell decorations, and it's probably the only English review here. The owners are among the kindest people I've met in Turkey, dependable and ready to help with anything. The accommodation is very clean, and there's broadband Internet, though the connection is pretty poor if you're visiting from abroad. If you're Turkish, it may be enough, though I'm not sure how you'd be reading this review. The main drawback is the setting: Perice Konak is in Sinop, a village with little to do, like the Spanish village in RE4 but with phones. Still, its unusual character makes the place a destination in itself, and foreigners should put it on their list. 10/10 IGN.

The location and views were fantastic, and my family and I left Perice Mansion very happy. Everything seemed to have been thought through, and it's clear they run the business properly. Thanks to Ms. Perihan and her husband. We hope to visit again. 😍
