We stopped for one night on the way to Rize. The rooms were roomy and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Having breakfast included was a definite plus.

The breakfast didn't have any good options, and they couldn't provide water or an ironing board. There isn't a microwave either. The doors don't even have handles, and the bathroom has no lock. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We booked through Booking.com and tried several times to contact the hotel, but got no response. When we arrived, it was closed, and nobody had tried to let us know. On top of that, it's far from everything and the street is really steep. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It felt like living in a flat, with really spacious rooms and elegant design. The service and customer care were great, and I was very satisfied with how comfortable the stay was.

It's clean, but the place is missing basic things that would make a stay comfortable. There's no bin, tea or coffee in the room, or bed cover, and the curtains are see-through, which made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was the same every day. They also asked me to move rooms midway through the stay, so I had to pack everything up.
