Loya Apartments

We chose Loya Apartmans while visiting Trabzon on our Black Sea tour this year, and being right in the city center suited us really well. We were very happy with the rooms and the service. Thank you.

We booked five nights but left the morning after checking in because the place was such a bad experience. We weren't given the apartment we expected either: staff kept asking us to switch so another family could stay there, and we ended up taking the other apartment they offered. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, the pots and utensils were broken, there was no warm water in the bathroom, and it had only one air conditioner. We'd been told during booking that the apartments were in Medan, a two-minute walk from the center. Instead, ours was a 12-minute drive away, up a very steep road. It wasn't suitable for exploring on foot, and there were no taxis nearby, so we had to rely on staff to call one. I felt the staff tried to cover up the miscommunication with very lame excuses. The stay affected our Trabzon visit, and we cut the trip short.

The view of nature was magnificent, and being so close to the city center made it even nicer. The place was clean too.
