Ceran Stone House

I loved the room and breakfast, and the man was really nice. The two women, though, weren't very helpful, and it wasn't just because they didn't speak English. Breakfast only started at 09:30, with no way to arrange an earlier time. In such a crowded area, heading out that late is a problem. I know they only have four rooms, but they could ask guests the day before when they'd like breakfast. If nobody wants it early, there's no need to come in; if someone does, they could offer better service. Uçhisar in August is still a quiet place, especially in the evening.

Otherwise, it's a nice, beautiful place with stone walls, good service, a TV, a fridge, and very fast wifi. I stayed with my family and got an extra bed, but it was very hard and wobbly. The shower worked fine. When someone opens a door, all the other doors shake and rattle loudly. It also got very loud when a group sat downstairs at night.

Our experience was extremely unpleasant. They tried to charge extra for infants, which we hadn't expected and hadn't been told about when booking. It felt like a hidden fee aimed at families. When we asked about the additional charge, the staff were outright rude and showed no willingness to help or understanding. The unexpected cost and poor service soured the whole stay. This felt unacceptable for a place that's supposed to be family-friendly, and I'd strongly advise others to consider it before booking or visiting.

We were really happy with the cleanliness and how welcoming everyone was. The owners took great care of the place and looked after us so well. I’d recommend it to anyone.
